We have a round spa (and insufficient framing) so I mounted these on separate posts. Easy to use and super happy with the result.
I could not imagine not having this lifter. It makes opening our hot tub a breeze. Easily a one person job. Second best investment we’ve made( hot tub was #1). Took us less than an hour to install(tub was empty) even if filled, lift a little bit of siding and the plate will slide underneath. We used a block of wood and tapped with hammer. Open lid half way, push on the bar and lid lifts off. We actually like that it doesn’t completely fold away from the tub. It’s not in the way at all but gives us a little privacy/wind block.
My catalina jacuzzi started dropping temperature. Ohmed out the old element, and it was open. Swapped in this new one and she works like a charm. Super Happy with Spa Depot and their products!

Our tub uses the Frog cartridges which are expensive to use and don't last very long as well. These tablets used in a floating tablet dispenser are a much better option for me for a much better cost option, easier to use and keep our tub wonderfully clear and sanitized.
None of the spa dealers in my area had this filter. Spa depot, as usual always has exactly what I need. Shipping was the best as it arrived exactly when they said. Thank You Spa Depot. Hands down I'd go to store.

Got the pump and motor that I ordered. Called customer service for an installation question and they were very helpful.
I used DiChlor Granular Sanitizing Shock for several years now. When I mistakenly got different, non-chlorine product white, ghost-like algae appeared. I switched back to DiChlor and my current water is nearly two years old and still crystal clear. One teaspoon per person per use day is all I use.
The correct size and fit for my spa. 2" pump to heater connection.
