Super Tub 200 Portable Soft Spa
5/14/2013 Only regret we didnt get it sooner
We absolutely LOVE our soft spa. The price was excellent compared to others we looked at and the quality is amazing. We use ours daily and follow the simple maintenance instructions of adding shock after use. The water is always clear, the tub is super comfortable, takes up very little space on our patio. We had a dedicated outlet put it to run it on and we have it set on a platform of large red bricks. Realistically the 2-4 person spa which we got would be very crowded if we put 4 in there but its usually just the 2 of us at the end of the day and its perfect. We've adjusted the temperature to match the weather and its a pool for us when the weather's hot and a hot tub when its cold out. Our electric bill only increased by about $10 to run it so very efficient. When we originally bought our spa in January there was a mechanical defect and the company handled it very expeditiously and satisfactorily. We have no complaints at all and highly recommend this soft spa. Reviewer: Age Group: 45-54Location: Sacramento CAHas owned this product for: 2 - 6 monthsUses product: DailyRecommends this product? Never had a home spa, always wanted one.The thing is huge had to reinforce my deck and pay for moving it to the back yard. Also had a tough time setting up the wiring, moving a 240 line from the opposite end of the house. But, it is an awesome device. My teenagers, their friends, my wife and 4 year old love it. The support staff at Belize is also excellant. Reviewer: Male Age Group: 45-54Location: michiganHas owned this product for: 1 week or lessUses product: DailyRecommends this product? 4/9/2013 Spa is amazing!
Spa is amazing. I like all of the features of our new spa. We were looking for a spa for three years and almost bought a major name brand for lots more money (more than $5,000). We have been impressed with the performance of the jets and comfort of the tub. I am 6’4” and my wife is 5’5” both are comfortable in every seat. I have only one issue; I had a big scratch on the tub, right above waterfall, when we first opened it up (still waiting on an answer back, it has been a week and a half or more now!).
Very happy with the sales staff, Allison, for going out of her way of accommodating us in the showroom ten min before closing and staying for almost an hour and helping us on our purchase. Thank you!

Definitely not big enough for four people! I do like how easy it is to empty and refill, even though the manual says there is a drain, there is not, I just use a bucket to empty it. We also had problem with red ants eating the foam on the bottom of the tub, so now it's on a wooden platform I built for it. Also there should be a warning sign above the filter, so nobody sits on it and breaks the plastic off.

 3/29/2013 Exceeded expectations
We have had this spa 3 years and are still happy with it, especially the fact that it adds VERY little to the pge bill (about $15-20/mo in winter, less in the summe, yes, it gets and stays very hot with the cover on) and we can move it when and where we want with minimal effort. We keep it under our backporch for our northern CA rainy winters and then move it out by the inground pool in the summer. If I had it to do over, I would have bought the upgraded steps. You get freebies with your order, the chemicals. I suggest additional filter so you have one on hand when the need comes. It does lose about a degree an hour in cold weather wo/ the cover, but really, who stays in much longer than that? For normal recreational use, I doubt you could beat the price and ease.

Very easy to take care of the spa. I noticed only about a $12 difference in my electric bill so definitely not a budget buster to operate! 3/28/2013 Do Not Hesitate
I was horrified at the thought of spending $4000+ on such a large item over the internet. This is my first spa and we love it. It way exceeded our expectations. The people at Spa Depot are wonderful. They are some of the most polite and knowledgeable people I've ever dealt with. The hot tub arrived about 2 weeks after the order went through. The truck drivers were helpful. We live in a remote location where their large truck couldnt get to so they met us down the road and helped us load it onto our own trailer. Our friends are amazed at the price we paid. Everyone says this is the deepest tub they have ever seen. Our tub sets about 30 feet from the house so we had added expense of wiring and other electrical misc parts that added up to about $300. Overall I have to give the whole experience 5 stars. I will continue to order from Spa Depot for everything I need in the future. Thank You Spa Depot.

 2/19/2013 After almost two years
We purchased the Belize 800 from Spa Depot almost two years ago and it was worth every penny. The quality is excellent; we have not had any problems. The jets are strong and well placed. The price cannot be beat anywhere. It keeps heat well and our utility bill increase with the hot tub is very reasonable (probably about $20 average increase). The price is just so good and we love it so much that I give it five stars. 2/14/2013 Belize customer for 6 years!
I purchased my first spa (the discontinued Belize 1000) back in 2006 from spadepot.com. They had the prices and best customer support when we were installing it and never had any problems with it. We've moved and so was time to buy a new one. It runs wonderful and is quite an upgrade from the old 1000!. No problems. The synthetic siding is a great improvement over the old wood panel siding you used to use. I look forward to another great experience with our new e600. These spas are definitely built to last! 2/9/2013 READ THIS, IMPORTANT ANSWERS
Okay, this review will answer ALL of the questions I had before I purchased this Spa.
1. I live in Rochester NY and it is VERY cold this winter, between 0 and 20 most days since I got this in January. 120V is good enough to heat to 105. When I filled it, the water was 46 degrees to start and it was 20 degrees outside. It took about 48 hours to heat to 105. I figured 1.5 degrees an hour.
2. You do not need a "dedicated" outdoor outlet. I have all three bathrooms in my house on same circuit which has fans, lights and outlets. We turned every thing on, and even plugged in the blow dryer and curling iron......no problem.
3. I use this for usually up to an hour in temps below freezing, it takes about that long for the temp to drop from 105 to 100. If you are not going to use the hot tub again for 5 hours, it will be back at 105 (assuming you cover it)
3. the Hard Cover it comes with is awesome, and I took the advice of another cold weather buyer to get a 6 foot square bubble cover for 20 bucks, and trimmed it to sit on the surface of the water, which may help hold heat in better, but no issues holding heat.
4. some mention of the cabinet not being insulated so well.....NOT TRUE, the cabinet panels are insulated and sealed, snow and ice drift next to the tub, and no melting around tub, which tells me all the heat is being held in.
5. If you want to waste time and money wiring a 220 hot tub, be my guest. I have a 220 fiberglass Cal Spa at my second home, and it was a pain to wire, never again will I do that. Figure 100 for the spa gfi box, 150 for the 6 gauge 4 3 conductor roll of wire, 60 bucks for a 220 50 amp breaker for your box, and another 100 for outdoor conduit, elbows, connectors etc. Now add 500 bucks to have electrician spend all day running it.
In a nutshell, 110-120 v is just fine, even in the coldest of climates
Tub is great, led light is multicolor and changes to what you select. Tub is quiet so you can talk to people and enjoy a cocktail while relaxing.
If someone wrote a review like this before I bought this tub, it would have made my decision so much easier.

1/29/2013 Great Product - Great Price
About a year ago I decided that I really missed having a SPA and started looking for a new SPA for my new house. After looking at form months at several stores and getting the sale pitch from each I decided to look on the web for more information. When I did this I ran across Spa Depot and read reviews on the tubs they offered. I decide that the features and the reviews of the Belize E850L were very good and it was just the right size to fit the large patio. The only worry I had was the distant of shipping since I live in Michigan. I ordered it and had it delivered. I was very impressed when it arrived in perfect shape beutifully packaged. We have been enjoying the tub ever since and could not be happier. Thank you Spa Depot. (By the way, after checking the supplies prices at the stores, you will also be getting all our business for chemicals! Your prices on some items are about half!) 1/29/2013 Lifecast A+ buy!
We could not believe how good of a deal this was. I convinced my husband to get it and there has been no regrets. The chemical kit included with the tub makes the levels difficult to maintain because it doesn't use bromine that we already know how to use and we use it so much so I think we will switch to bromine when we run out (although there is no smell with the Cleanwater Blue.) We've owned it for about 2 months and are so happy. We also purchased the extended warranty which was not expensive. An A+ buy and the folks at Spa Depot were great too! 1/29/2013 Word for the wise
Prior to purchase of this spa we had bought a different brand of unibody spa from another company, but after a week in below freezing weather had to return it to the dealer for a refund! It would not heat to anywhere near 100 degrees! No problem with the Life Cast Rocksport at all! It heats very quick (probably due to the 240 volt current) and we could not be more pleased. If you live where it gets cold in the winter, be sure to get the 240 version, you won't regret it. This overall has been a great purchase for us and looks to be built with the kind of quality you don't see much of anymore. Highly recommended for price and build quality. Exactly as advertised, don't be afraid to order this product online. Item is very heavy, truck dropped onn in driveway. Was worried how I would get it to back yard and into position. Luckely we had a foot of fresh snow. Flopped it onto a small trailer, dkrove it into the back yard. Since it was shrinked in plastic we simpley put it up on end with four people and slid it ont he snow into position. If it would have been summer we would have needed at least ten people. The tub, panels and cover are all good quality and everything went very smooth with the hookup and filling. Filled with Warm (not hot) water and initial warm up took less than one day. Everything works perfectly with no obvious quality issues. Workmanship an construction seems to be very good and plumbing and controls seem professionally installed. I am pleasantly surprised. The heater is big enough for well below freezing temperatures. Without cover at 20F and some wind the temp will gradually lower but not within the time we like to stay in the spa, so all is good. Pumps and strong and satisfying. No complaints. Shipping was fast adn communication top notch. 1/9/2013 Best thing we've purchased for ourselves in years!
With multiple disk problems in my back, including a ruptured disk, I've been on pain medications for 4 years. Muscle relaxers and pain meds were a part of my daily life. I was able to stop taking all of them within two weeks of using my spa.
My wife suffers from "restless leg syndrome." On days or evenings that she uses the spa, she says she sleeps without the symptoms of restless leg keeping her up or preventing her from falling asleep.
I would buy this spa again in a heart beat! In fact, now I have to consider how to continue my spa benefits when I go on vacation or am away from the house for a week or two...
Thank you Spa Depot for putting the information out there for me to make a good decision on what spa to buy without clouding the information and making me think I had to get stuff I didn't need.
Every other spa dealer I spoke with talked more about what was wrong with competitors spas, instead of what kind of needs I had in a spa.
I went with the continuous circulation pump to keep my spa clean and ready for daily use, and my power bill hit was less than the money I used to spend on pain meds. Less than a dollar a day to use, and we are in the dead of winter here. Our temps outside are well below freezing this time of year, and my power bill only went up about $30 a month. I'm sure this spa will only cost me $20 - $25 a month on average.
Thanks again, and I recommend this product to everyone I know. Reviewer: Male Age Group: 35-44Location: Reno Nevada 5200 feetHas owned this product for: 2 - 6 monthsUses product: DailyRecommends this product? Yes LifeCast Rocksport Premium Lounger Spa
1/6/2013 Replaced our old Dream Maker spa with Lifecast
This is acutally our second spa of the "rotationally molded" design. Our old one was a Dreammaker x500 (which we used for year) you don't make anymore and when we sold our house it went with it. So we were happy to get our new Lifecast spa which has more features like better jets and waterfall and way better seats which is a plus.
Somehow when it was delivered, the freight company "lost" the spa cover!! Fortunately it showed up 2 days later but we did not get to use the spa that first weekend for a birthday party which was a bummer. So, although I can't give you a rating of "excellent" due to the delivery issues, we are happy with the purchase and would definately recommend a Lifecast. Do not hesitate the quality and price is the best deal out there. 1/2/2013 Great item
This thing has been working flawless for nearly 1 year now. Easy to set up. It is replacing another one I had for 13 years. My other one was much smaller. Well when it was time to replace it, I was looking for something a little larger. I found through the years, most of the time there is only 1 or 2 people in the tub, but its nice to have more room for those times we have additional family over for a soak. So now I have a larger spa and still without losing alot of porch space. I also liked the ozonator that comes as standard equipement. It will save you on chems. Plus sometimes I can go a week without having to add any chems. 12/30/2012 Beyond Extraordinary! Only one complaint!
We recently received the hot tub (Christmas gift to the whole family) and have only used it for 2 days now. I can tell you the foot jets are so relaxing, the huge multi-jet in the footwell is simply amazing! But that's just the beginning. The adjustable back and neck jets make the massage a perfect 10, especially in the captain's seat. I'm 6'1" and fit comfortably in all the seats, my wife is short (5'3") and sits a bit low in a few of the seats but the seats she uses are very comfortable for her size. The multiple leg jets are better than any other spa line we have ever seen. Simply amazing massage. I'm on my feet all day, and this helps tremendously.
The nice about this tub is it suits everyone in our family with different heights. (We have four kids of different sizes, and they all love it.) We added the circulation pump and it really keeps the water clear together with the ozone sytstem. The colored lights are fabulous at night. For those looking for a great hot tub for the family that is extremely well made and well insulated, you just can't beat the Belize e750. You will have no complaints with SpaDepot.com either! They are great to work with. (My only complaint is that I did not buy this spa years ago!) 12/23/2012 The best spa in it's class
I bought a spa in a box e few years back and it would cool off as soon as you got in. This Life cast spa is so much nicer.I heated it up to 104F and it kept its temp for aprox. 30 min. and went down to 103F and it stayed there until I got out and put cover back on and one hour later back to temp. The spa will cool a little because the jets use the air blower that sucks it's air from room tempeture. This is normal, all spas use the air fronm the surrounding to give that extra power to jets. I love the colored lights that light up spa,
they have many settings for the lights, very cool.
This is the best spa for your money, no other spa gives you all you get and performs as this one.I have been a pool service man for more than 20 years and this spa out performs anything in it's price range, this spa rocks. The cusomer service for spa depot can not be matched , they answered all my questions and delivered my spa before the dew date, they are a VERY friendly company. The free spa pack they give you with the spa has high quality Chemicals and I was Very impressed usually when you get something free it's some junk, not true here. I think this is the best deal going even comes with a spa cover and free shipping, the shipping alone is worth $375 and the spa cover is a nice insulated one also about a $350. value Just the best money I ever spent , thank you so much Spa Depot, you are five star worthy, Sincerely Chris San Clemente,Ca. This is our first hot tub, although we have used large hot tubs owned by friends. The first thing you notice is that it is solid and well built. The jets are more powerful than we would have expected. It holds its heat very well. I am 6'2" tall and the size of this spa is more than sufficient. We bought our Belize in June. When it was delivered it was easy to move with four people. The electrician hooked it up easily. The spa was great but after a couple of months, the pump quit working as it should. Mark, from Spa Depot, worked with us to quickly resolve the problem. Mark was very helpful and always friendly and polite. Now the spa works great and we are enjoying it on the cool evenings. It is easy to keep clean and the water heats up quickly as well. The jet noise is very quiet on low speed and fairly quiet on high speed. I really think we got a good product for a much lower price than we found anywhere else. 10/29/2012 Excellent buying experience
We purchased the Belize E600L about two years ago, and we've been extremely happy with it. The size is about right for our family. Admittedly I don't know the first thing about hot tub jets or pumps and such, but the jets are powerful and it has been a breeze to operate and maintain. We haven't had to make any maintenance calls. Other than the routine pH and adding the sanitizer (which they provided for free, a nice big set of chemicals) and the occasional change of water, we have been able to enjoy our new hot tub without much effort.
The spa is roomy and seems well made without being as pricey as some of the higher end models. The control panel that controls the jets is simple to operate both from inside and outside the hot tub. We like the LED light especially at night which was a nice extra. We live in northern Minnesota so sitting out in the hot tub at night while it's very cold and often snowing is a great experience for everyone in the family and a good way to get us all together at least once a day!
My only disappointment was that at the time we ordered it there were only two colors to choose from, tan and blue. Now they have several other colors and it would have been nice had I known this was coming. 10/22/2012 AWESOME!
We have had this tub since july and are enjoying it more very day as the weather is getting cooler. Wired it ahead of time for online specs, which said 30 amps. VERY dissapointed when it arrived and called for 50 amps instead! Had to get more expensive wire and conduit, etc... Delivery was great and digital lighting is very nice. otherwise it helps with our aches and pains as we both have very physical jobs and are always under construction at our home. 10/14/2012 Use it every night
Our Jacuzzi Caressa spa of over 15 years finally was past fixing and we bought this Rocksport premium. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It looks fantastic on our backyard deck and the material that it's made from looks like it will last forever. Delivery was 2 days ahead of schedule and the driver was very courteous and professional.
I talked with a couple of LIfecast spa owners prior to buying and it takes quite a while to heat up with 120 volt models. So we picked this premium model for wiring to the 240 volts that I used for our old Jacuzzi. (some of the smaller Lifecast modeds can be wired for 120 or 240). Well it heated up fast and it really holds the heat! Many hours later it had only dropped a couple of degrees. Should be economical. I would definitely recommend wiring it to 240 volts especially if you have cold winters.
It's a comfortable spa that works perfectly. We have always used our spa almost every night as part of our daily routine. I think we've got one now that be able to handle us heavy users. 10/5/2012 Disappointed
We have been Spa Depot customers for over 12 years (all our spa supplies, chemicals and 2 replacement covers). Excellent company, customer service, prices and products.
Owned our previous spa for 12 years and we knew what we wanted when it had to be replaced.
Before we decided to purchase this model we had asked for measurements of the seat depths. This was very important to us as we have used a spa every night for 12 years, especially enjoying it in our cold Ohio winters. The actual depths of the seats are shorter than we had been told and this spa will be very difficult to keep shoulders underwater to be able to enjoy it in the snow. Especially the front right seat, you would have to be very short for the seat to even be comfortable.
The interior step layout makes the spa difficult to enter and exit, the steps are too wide and uneven widths. The foot well is too small making it difficult to change seat or move around.
There is not enough control of the features from the topside control because there is no clock. The high-speed jet turns off automatically after 15 minutes (our previous spa ran for 30 minutes before shut off). If the filter cycle is running you can’t remove the filters for cleaning. If you need to clean filters during those filter cycles (can only be set on continuous 2,4,6, or 8 hours) you must power down the spa (unplug the electrical). When you have to power up again, it messes up the times you want the filter cycles to run (don’t want it set to run while it is being used every evening between 8:00 or 10:00).
The layout of the skirt screw holes and overlap are extremely hard to line back up after installing the electric or using the service panel.
Really do not like the Cleanwater Blue system, too many steps, difficult to keep up on. Nature II is much easier and no blue stains if things get out of balance.
The big positive with this spa is the layout and power ot the jets, very therapeutic.
All this being said, we wish we would have been advised during the sale process that the Belize e750L would have better met the requirements we had requested. 10/1/2012 What a value!
It was delivered right on time, and easily fit into our front door. We placed ours in an "indoor/outdoor" room at the front of our house, filled her up, and the next day we were enjoying one of the nicest spa's of its size we have ever seen. It doesn't have as many jets as the Belize, but they are top notch quality, and you can easily fit 4 people inside. I can stretch out from side to side and put my feet against the jets on the far side but internal dimensions are considerably bigger than I thought. Not like my friends acrylic spa which looses fully 30% of his internal space to braces etc. Reviewer: Age Group: 25-34Location: Martinsburg, WVHas owned this product for: 2 - 7 weeksUses product: WeeklyRecommends this product? 9/18/2012 The hook-up wait was oh, so worth it
We received our e750L spa on Aug. 29, but because of renovation complications we did not get it fully installed until yesterday. It arrived in perfect condition, with the exception of the sound system remote which shipped with a dead battery.
Fill-up, water balancing, and heat-up were all very easy indeed, even for this first-time spa user. This model has extra-high sides, and my wife and I were ecstatic that the water depth was satisfyingly deep.
Each of the six main seats has a different configuration of jets, ranging from nothing on the entry bench, to a couple of very tame seats that would accommodate children or less-jet-tolerant adults, to the wonderful lounger that massages you vigorously from head to the soles of your feet.
I was very impressed that the water temperature was very stable on a cool evening. It finally dropped one degree after we had been in the spa (with jets off and on) for over an hour.
We are looking forward to many, many relaxing evenings in this spa. Ordering from across the country was not an easy threshold to cross, but now I'm very glad we did. Overall impressed. Delivery was fine, cubside - I asked about backyard to patio, and they couldn;t do it, although delivery guys said sometimes they do, but it takes extra guys, and they didn't have it for my delivery. Anyways, spa looks and works great. ipod audio system remote is a bit buggy, and not too impressed, but music from system sounds good. Jets are relaxing and work well, and appearance is very good. Can't find and significant disadvantage to a high end spa that costs twice as much, and I did my research. Overall, we like our decision and the Belize Spa. Spa depot was great to deal with let's start there! The Grandwood is a great spa with lots of room. The photo on the site does no does not do the spa justice. It's so cool looking when you get it. The plug and play it works great as well, the light is really neat at night. The jets are well placed in each seat and the power is just right not to hard. The spa shipped two weeks early which was a nice surprise. Thanks Spa Depot for a great spa at a great price! 9/10/2012 Great Value & Really Comfortable!
This hot tub has plenty of space for 4 adults. There is good variety between the jet locations in each of the seats, so you can rotate between the seats to get a different experience in each place. The stone textured side panels look very nice, and do not look like cheap plastic. We debated between this spa and the round Riviera spa, but chose this one due to the more classy appearance. This spa is also a big upgrade compared to some of the cheaper roto-spas, because the side panels can be removed all the way around the spa in case of maintenance. We are very glad that we spent the extra couple hundred dollars for this spa compared to the cheaper models! 9/6/2012 Rocksport Rocks!!
This is not my first hot tub. It is my first on-line purchase of one and I could not be happier. I saw this hot tub .2 miles from my house at the nearest SPA retailer. They were gonna give me a deal on it if I picked it up....4700 dollars!!! plus NC tax!!! Needless to say I paid 2999 at spadepot....and its EXACTLY the same tub. It took Strong Spas 3 weeks to build it and 2 days to ship it to me. I dropped it off the truck directly into my Tacoma pickups Bed and drove it up to my deck. Me and a buddy wiggled it off onto the deck...and we were in it 2 hours later (I filled it with Hot Water). It is at least 1500 cheaper than any spa at any other retailer for something so complete. There are plenty of jets and it stays hot even on 110. It is a very quiet pump...and it comes with top notch electronics. The LED light is awsome. The cabinet is one of the nicest I've seen on ANY hot tub. It is plenty big for my wife and I. If I was going to entertain more than a total of 4, I probably would want a bigger hot tub. I think you would have to spend a lot more money to get just a little more hot tub. If you are going to wire it 220...buy the rocksport premium with all the bells and whistles for very few dollars more. Imagine....I got a GREAT DEAL on a fantastic hot tub, didnt have to endure any sales people lying to me and pressuring me, and I got everything I wanted at a fantastic price...with a couple of mouse clicks!!!!! 8/29/2012 Superior Value
This is my first ownership of a spa. I have friends that have them and wanted one of my own. I am the type to do extensive research for anything that I buy and I took over a year before deciding to purchase one. I compared features and prices of spas at local dealers and internet stores. Spa Depot provides an outstanding value and their SpaCyclopedia and customer service made my purchase an easy decision. The Belize e600 is perfect for hydrotherapy. Every jet is adjustable and can even be turned off. This is appealing for others in the spa (like my kids) that don't want the soothing massage while I do.
I had a moving company that specializes in moving heavy items like pianos and safes move my spa from the driveway, where it was delivered, to my backyard patio. The movers commented on the high quality of the tub. That made me feel even better about my purchase when a third-party, who has moved a number of spas, said that.
I feel like I got an expensive spa for almost half the price. You won't go wrong with Spa Depot. Reviewer: Male Age Group: 45-54Location: Akron, OHHas owned this product for: 2 - 7 weeksUses product: DailyRecommends this product? Yes Belize e500 Hot Tub Spa
 8/29/2012 Belize E500 First Soak
Just installed yesterday, first soak today. I searched all over including local dealers. I wanted a simple tub. We like sitting in the warm water without noise. I wanted a deep tub with 1 pump, good jets, but relatively simple. Couldn't find anything until I found this site. I spent 6months researching on the web and at local dealers. I finally decided to buy the Belize e500 with the Sierra shell. For the price it just can't be beat. It arrived in perfect condition and I had it filled, wired and running within a few hours. The shell is thick, I like the color. The controls are simple, the equipment bay is spacious and open. The cabinet is beautiful. I went into several spa dealers asking for this product and no one had anything close at any price. I have owned a tub before and do all of my own work, so I am far from a 'newbie'.
I am very satisfied initially. I may post again after I have had a chance to use the product for a longer period of time.

We just received our spa from you 3 days ago. My first surprise was that my husband did not have to take the day off of work, they delivered and unloaded it right to our driveway. Later that evening when we unwrapped it, the spa looked just like it did in the picture. We were worried about ordering something online but everything is just what we expected, and then some. You have some wonderful employees. Every time I called they took their time answering my questions, and were so polite and down to earth. (they deserve a raise) LOL. 5/25/2012 AWESOME
I am loving this hot tub. This is my first hot tub and so far I am impressed. I had the stainless jets installed (worth it...looks very cool) and ordered the matching steps; (though I wouldn't actually store anything in them...they are not dry). This tub fits great on my patio area...not too big and overwhelming as some I looked at. I researched this purchase for months and kept coming back to this one...the reviews on here were so helpful in making my decision so I felt I should leave one too. You will not find a comparable hot tub at this price. It took about three weeks to arrive and the delivery driver was kind enough to get it as close to on site as he could. It took my husband and four other guys to get it moved to the patio so be prepared...it's heavy. Took the electrician about 2 hours to hook up and we got it filled and were in it 10 hours later...and have barely been out since. Very impressed. I bought this about a month ago and my wife and I love it. Set up is very quick and simple. The jets are more amazing than I expected, and I love the fact that the cover can be locked into place to keep the little ones out. We got the ozonator option which really seems to help keep the water fresh and clear. Took about 30 minutes to fill, setup and add the sanitizers. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend for those first time buyers. One drawback, I was not paying close attention when I ordered online and picked grey color instead of the sandstone my wife wanted and there is no way to exchange it since it shipped over a thousand miles. Shipping was free but it would cost a fortune to ship out a replacement in the color I should have ordered. So pay attention (not like me) when you place your order!

We just filled our spa although we received it a couple of months ago. The men who brought it to us were very helpful to get my spa in the correct location. I tipped the $100 since they made life much easier on me. When I filled my spa this past weekend, I had a fault message on the controller that was preventing the pumps to initially run. On Monday morning I called and the first guy that I talked to pointed me in the right direction for an easy fix. We've had this spa for almost 4 years now. The only gripe I can think of is the poor assembly instructions and no parts list. The built in ground fault plug (120 volt) shot craps after about a year, but wasn't that hard to replace. My wife and I are both arthritic, and the spa eases those pains. We get in whenever we wake up sore. I'm a big 'un (6'5, 280 lb) and it's plenty big enough for both of us. When we decided to get our spa the choice was between the Belize e600L and the Sundance Hawthorne 680. After evaluating both spas, we decided on the Belize. Although the Sundance does have 2 more headrests and is a few inches larger, the Belize beat it on price by a lot. I know The Spa Depot has sold these for years and they have a great track record and strong warranty. I admit it felt like we were taking a risk buying online, but almost everything is sold online these days. When you see the quality of the spa and cabinet you will not be disappointed. 4/17/2012 Durable and economic to own
I did a lot of research before buying a hot tub (it was previously sold under the model name Antigua). I have a background in engineering and in the recreation industry as well, and the Lifecast line of products appealed to me for any number of right reasons. It was the best money I've ever spent. This spa has been trouble free and low maintenance from the start. They tout themselves as the "energy saving" spas and I can attest to the accuracy of that statement. Also, during the course of my research, I had occasion to call the factory. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I can't say enough good about their product, and I wouldn't be ashamed to sell it for a living - and I'm pathologically honest.
I use my unit at least twice a day, every day, so it has held up to some serious use and abuse. 3/29/2012 Great spa and customer service
My husband and I decided about a year ago that we really wanted to buy a hot tub. After much research online and going to stores I decided to buy from Spa Depot. That was not any easy decision after spending time at the local spa shops. They thought I was crazy for buying a spa on-line without even seeing it but could not and would not even come close to matching your prices at Spa Depot. So after much deliberation we decided to order a Belize e800l from Spa Depot. We don't need a huge tub, but wanted lots of jets and extra seats for when the grand kids visit. This one fits the bill perfectly! I am so pleased we made this decision. The Spa is spacious, comfortable and the jets are very powerful. Now we make it a part of our evening routine, and sleep like babies afterward.
The customer service agent that helped us is a gem (sorry I did not write his name down). He is very patient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. 3/16/2012 Great Tub - Fantastic Customer Service!
Ok - time to give the final write-up on this tub, company and customer service. I wrote the first review below, after having the tub for a few weeks and running into a problem with it not being able to maintain heat. My experience up to that point with the company and customer service had been exceptional. But all of a sudden - I was getting no response from Ryan which had been helping me. It seemed as though after 3 days of no email response (where he had usually been very prompt) he had chosen to give up on me and simply go quiet. Come to find out that the northwest had experienced severe weather and the offices had been closed and employees sent home. Ryan was back on-line with me the first thing Monday morning. I was very busy with my own business, so I didn't bother trying to call. If I had, I would have been notified of this situation sooner and my frustration would have been alleviated quicker. But, not to worry. Ryan got on the ball; on his own called the manufacturer and got them to agree to send me a 5.5Kw brand new heater in exchange for my 4.0Kw heater that was defective; just to be sure that I would be satisfied with whatever temperatures my climate here in Colorado would put forth. All free! I had to install it - which was a 15 minute job easy enough for anyone.
I have been running my own company for almost 20 years now, and have come to believe that I am the only one left in the World that cares about customer support, satisfaction and repeat business. I have found another such company now. If you call for customer support, you never have to wait. You always get someone helpful, courteous and responsive. They offer to follow-up via email and make things easy on you. If you are like me, your number one concern with doing business a thousand miles away over the internet is, "are they going to be there to help you when things go bad"? The effort that the owners put into customer support shows; you never get the dreaded "we are experiencing heavier than normal call volume" messages when you call their support number; your first indication that a company really doesn't care about customer support/satisfaction. Not from this place. And, this always comes from the top down, the great attitude that everyone I talked to at SpaDepot - Everyone - proves that whoever is running the show has this as a number one priority. I couldn't be happier with this company, their product, and certainly most of all their customer service. Second to none. And believe me, I am the World's best critic on customer service. You couldn't pick a better-run company to do business with, no matter what widget they were selling. We were hesitant to purchase online but couldn't find anything close to the price except a stripped down model. We've had it for a little over a year with no problems. just right for me i have it on my enclosed patio which is very private. i can get out and dress without running in from the cold. i use it when i get off the treadmile and before going to bed. it seems to really help my joints. its easier to learn how to operate then a cell phone. the only problem i had was that the driver forgot to drop off the spa cover! it was a friday and had to wait until monday to call the spa depot about the cover. they got it delivered on wednesday, and then i finally got to enjoy the tub. other than that little snafu (things happen) it has been great. Hot tub is great! We bought this as a "starter" hot tub. Figured we'd test the waters before making a HUGE investment in a larger hot tub. We figure a few years down the road, we will replace this spa with a larger model. We wired for 240 volts so it does not tend to lose heat as much during use in the frigid temps and recovers very quickly, just as we hoped this would be the case with this type of heating system. 1/29/2012 We love our spa!!!
Ordering a spa over the internet can be daunting but we are sooo glad we did! The Vista Spa rolled right into our backyard and within 24 hours of filling we were in it. We have been using it 2 - 3 times a day since. It is just right for the two of us and we can even stretch out. We have also had three people in and we fit just fine. We keep it at 102 as it does drop about a degree when we take the cover off for 45 minutes or so. We would not change anything about it and feel it was one of the best purchases we ever made! I purchased the hot tub about two years ago. I was hesitant to buy a large item over the internet. I am so glad I "took the plunge". I have had so many compliments on it. The kids and their friends are in it a lot. I really enjoy soaking in it during a snowstorm. That's Western New York weather for ya! The cabinet still looks brand new. The only problem is that the cover got a rip from our Doberman! I feel this product was certainly worth the price. 1/19/2012 Quicker heating tip
If you fill your tub from your hot water tank on a slow trickle, or light stream, your hot water tank will keep up to the flow and your tub will be full and hot in about 3-4 hours. If you drain your hot water tank and it has to heat ice cold water, it takes a long time, but the slow stream idea really works! I'm on my second tub, the first one lasted more then 3 years and I decided to upgrade a size. 1/17/2012 Just O.K.
If you are looking for a small spa and need the room then it would be o.k. The pumps are average but the biggest problem is the heater. This product is set for a maximum temperature of 104. My spa only reads 103. Spa Depot is telling me that is fine. They told me that each spa has a one to two degree plus or minus variance. Nowhere on any of their material does it say so. It seems to me that this is an excuse not to help me. If I would buy again I would spend the extra money and get something a little larger and buy local. It is hard to deal with someone half way across the country and get the results you are looking for.

I was sckeptical about buying a hot tub online, but who could beat this price for the spa and with all of the accesories? I was most concerned about the actual delivery, but the truck driver was very courtious. The spa set up was pretty easy since I had my area set up already.
I took a while to heat up at 120 volts, but maintains heat fairly well. I'm an amature with the chemicals, so I'm learning a little there.

1/12/2012 Could not be happier with the e850L
We've had the Belize e850L about 3 months now and I really must say I don't think we could be any happier. Everything from the knowledge of the customer service staff of the product to the installation to the easy maintenance with the Cleanwater Blue system has been a 10 out of 10 experience! The spa is always ready to jump in. I check the chemicals about once a week (takes 5 minutes) and do a filter cleaning about once every 2-3 weeks which probably is not necessary but I like to keep it clean. That's it....Water is hot, clear, and the operation has been very economical. We've had a very cold winter and so I greatly appreciate the excellent insulation of the spa and the thick well-built spa cover which really locks in the heat.

 1/4/2012 What's not to like.
1. Ordered spa and next day got a notice that my order shipped (of course this site says 3-5 weeks for delivery). No indication what shipped or any details at all. Left me wondering if it was the cover, the ez-lifter, chemicals, etc? Gave an equally ambiguous link to a site to track my shipment. All the site said was "Delivery by 12/30". So, I got the electrician busy over the holiday to hurry up and get the wiring set. Well, after several phone calls after the Xmas holiday, I finally find out that "Delivery by..." means delivered to the main shipping hub in Denver 60 miles away. They wouldn't get it to me for another 7 days from there.
2. Electrician got the neutral wiring wrong on Friday evening before New Year's weekend. Support was not available; and the tub would not work. Had to wait until Tuesday to get ahold of Spa Depot support. The folks are really great! First person, Ryan, said to take a picture of the breaker box and send it to him. He immediately got back and told me what was wrong. The electrician fixed it and voila - the tub was working.
3. Well - I had filled the Tub the previous Friday and it got down to 10 degrees. When we started the tub on Tuesday, it registered 36 degrees. And the pumps would run but not the heater. Ryan talked us through a dip switch on the motherboard to force the heater on. 16 hours later, I was at 100 degrees and watching the meteor shower at 3am!!!!
4. Big roomy tub that comfortable seats 5 big adults upright, plus 1 of any size in the lounger.
5. Assuming the details are correct; tops in energy efficiency and filtering/cleanliness.
6. I checked out the interior and it seems very well designed and put together. Repairs should be easy as nothing is encased in foam as with older spas.
7. Worth mentioning again... they really do take their customer support seriously. A lost art in today's world. You never have to wait long (1 second to a couple minutes) to talk to someone live via 800 number or exchange emails. They are very knowledgeable. This is invaluable when you are buying something this expensive online. I really cannot say enough about how much effort, and it shows, that they put into taking care of their customer. Simply put, I love my spa. The LifeCast Serentiy is an excellent choice for people with a moderate budget. The quality is superb and unbeatable for the price I paid. The 110V plug and play is easy and saved us money but I do plan to hard wire it to the 240V for faster heating-- so glad it has that option!! The spa is very easy to maintain, the jets are more powerful than I anticipated, and the seats are deeper and more comfortable than I imagined. 11/28/2011 A Fantastic Spa you can't go wrong with.
This is my first Spa. Everyone thought I was nuts for buying it online, but I can’t see buying it any other way, particularly since I can’t afford dealer prices and most dealers don’t stock spa’s anymore anyway so they end up shipping it in the same manner. I got it with all the options, the stainless jets are nice. It arrived in about 2 weeks on a pallet with the spa cover in a separate box. It’s very heavy, but with 3 people and a dolly I was able to get it to the back yard to my concrete patio. The Lifecast spa otherwise known as Durasport is manufactured by a company called Strong Spa’s out of rural PA. This is their deluxe model in their budget line of Spa’s. Akin to their name this Spa is built like a tank, no frame here; entirely molded plastic. There are videos on the internet of people taking a baseball bat to these with no damage and I have no doubt you could (Although you won’t see me trying that). I can easily see why they can throw in a lifetime shell warranty. The separate side panels give this spa a classier look than most molded spas and standard spas. Inside the spa is extremely clean and well-built and organized. They really should post pictures of it. A better video of this would help show how nice it is inside and out. The Spa pack and controls is Balboa with a waterway pump. They fill the molded plastic floor and walls with foam for the insulation, but the spa cabinet itself is open with no insulation. The panels are screwed onto the molded frame. The only thing I really didn’t like is they didn’t put screws in the corners of the panels, which allowed some small gaps (not visual) to form that can let in cold air. I wish they had a “cold weather package” to add additional insulation. This Spa is fairly well insulated compared to other Spa’s in its price range, but I can definitely see that this could use some extra insulation in the open areas within the spa cabinet. Living in the Chicago area I didn’t even try to use it at 120v. I’ve heard too many problems with people unable to use their 120v spas in the winter, so I hooked mine straight up to 240v with the help of an electrician (it was a lot more work than I expected). The spa pack install tech guide contradicted the manual for the 240v conversion, I had the electrician follow the install tech guide and had no problems. The electric terminals on the spa pack are barely big enough for #6 wire and they didn’t leave you much room, which made the task of hooking it up a struggle. At 240v it heated the spa up in a few hours. The coldest we’ve tried it at was 27 degrees and we had no heat loss with jets running. In fact with the jets off the heater actually cycled for short periods, since the spa was hot enough. Its electric usage is a little higher than we expected, but after talking with other spa owners it’s typical of running a spa in the cold. You also do need to drill holes and install the Spa cover locks yourself, I was a bit surprised by this, but I guess it probably is typical since the cover is made by a different company. One nice feature is part of the lounger doubles as a cool down seat. All the jets are fixed with two air controls controlling their respective side of the Spa. It’s definitely deep enough for me at 6” 2’ and I can stretch my legs out comfortably enough. If you had more 4 people in it things will get really tight. It could probably be a little bigger if you plan on using it for bigger parties, but for the price and my typical use it’s perfect. I can’t recommend this enough. Anyone looking for a Spa will be very happy with this. We ordered this spa having never seen or tried it, and have been INCREDIBLY pleased with it. 9/9/2011 Great spa
I actually purchased my Rocksport under a different brand name (Durasport G-2) elsewhere, but it appears to be the exact same spa as Spa Depot's LifeCast brand. I can say it has performed without any problems for nearly a year. It has plenty of room for us and was pretty easy to set up on the deck especially since it was plug and play. But we live in a very cold climate in northern Minnesota so after the summer was over we wired it for 220 volts. That proved to be a wise move as it heats very fast and stays hot in the winter. So being convertible voltage is a good feature if your weather gets cold in winter. My only regret is that I wish the Spa Depot had sold these last year because we paid over $4000 for our G-2 with tax. 4/12/2011 It doesn't get any better than this
I searched for a long time to find that perfect spa that would accomadate my wife and me and I wasn't interested in having a larger spa. I just felt like it should be a private thing.
My spa came in about 3 weeks and the truckers were very helpful in getting it to my deck where it fits very nicely. They even helped to remove the packaging and pallets and took them for me.
Set-up was a breeze--I had it filled and running in less than two hours. I use the 120 volt supplied electric cord and that is sufficient for this sized spa. It keeps the temp. at a perfect 101 degrees. Chemicals were sent in advance and more than sufficient to keep my spa sparkling. It's not noisy and in fact soothing when I am in it. I downloaded a complete manual from the internet and there was sufficient documentation and instructions that came with the spa.
My spa is at the end of my deck and when I flip the cover up, it rests against the deck railing giving me complete privacy. It's very attractive and well constructed. Believe me this 70 year old body is loving the spoiling it's getting.

3/21/2011 Small Spa with Large Value!!
We were in the market for a small spa to relax in after a hard day. The eco-friendly Belize e480L was the right choice. The 77" foot print is large enough to relax in but does not use up the whole patio space. The 4HP pump is more than enough to power all the jets. The craftsmanship is superior. I would definitly recommend the EcoCirc pump to keep the water circulating thru the filter, and the spa is ready when you need it. Belize is the way to go, so much value for the money. 3/9/2011 Very well insulated
This morning was one of the coldest in many years here in this area of Idaho. About 6:10 am the power went out. I called in a power outage report and then thought about the hot tub. I was unsure just how well our Belize would do in such conditions. Then about 8:00, as the sun was coming over the mountains, I checked the temperature-- 26.4 below zero.
About an hour later the power company lineman came by to tell me it would be a few more hours. There was a remote line down and he had called for a "Snow-Cat" to be brought in. Well, at exactly 12:00 Noon the power came on. 5 hours and 50 minutes. Just so you know ----- It was minus 10.2 at Noon. I was really curious how the Belize had done, so I went right out and uncovered it. I was VERY pleased to see the reading on the tub. It was at 100 degrees -- It had dropped only 4 degrees in almost six hours of very cold temperatures with no power! 3/3/2011 Great Tub
Great Hot tub. However the manual was sketchy at best! Lets put it this way I had to spend an hour just figuring out if the jets had to be on in order to heat. Silly yes, but ultimately the time could of been better spent in the tub had I had instructions in the first place. The chem kit is great and a big A+ to Spadepot for that! All around solid construction. 2/1/2011 Belize Oval II
I have owned my Belize Oval II for well over two years now. For a single person who doesn't often have large parties this spa is perfect. For one (and especially two!!!) this spa is all you need. It is very easy and inexpensive to maintain. Costs about $15.00 a month to run, needs two teaspoons of Cleanwater Blue every two weeks, and two teaspoons of non-chlorine shock after each use (and that is without showering before use). It will only drop a degree or two (240 volt model) even in 0 degree windy weather. The only trouble was one jet started coming out during use but flexing by hand cured this problem. A little routine TLC is all this spa needs thus far. I NEVER miss using it nightly unless out of town. Looked at two-person spas for months before settling on this one. Certainly glad I did with no regrets. Reviewer: Male Age Group: 35-44Location: Boise City, OKHas owned this product for: Over 1 yearUses product: DailyRecommends this product? We are very pleased with our purchase and ease of set up, could not be much simpler. The Beleze Oval 2 is everything they say it is and more. 1/28/2011 2 Thumbs Up!
The staff at The Spa Depot was great. They didn't do the used car salesman thing but took the time to educate us on the diffrent options, colors, etc. and how to do the basic maintenance. The synthetic wood paneling is great because my husband wanted that so it would continue to look new without having to re-stain it every year or so. It took about 3 1/2 weeks to get it and well worth the short wait. The delivery guys unloaded and put it on our driveway. They would have put it on our patio for a small fee, but it was not quite ready yet. It was really no big deal moving it when the time came because some friends helped us. But these spas are heavy, so get one of those little furniture dollies to make it easy to roll. We found one at Home Depot for about 20 bucks that make moving it easy.
We have had the Belize for about 3 months and not one problem other than me trying to learn to maintain the water. My husband said that he was surprised at the high quality we really got for the price.
The spa is really well insulated, plumbing was all left accessible so that we can get to it if there ever was a problem that needs repair. And I notice when they had it on it's side to go out to the patio that the bottom was completely closed up. I like that so the bugs won't get in there. We choose the E Series spa because energy efficiency is important to us. I have been monitoring the electric bill and it is only been on average $14 higher then before and we use it at least 3-4 times a week so thats great. They said to keep the cover strapped down when not using the spa will hold in the heat. The cover is thicker than the one on our neighbors spa, so I'm sure that helps keep the electric cost down too.
I can say that you should not hesitate to deal with this company. They are very helpful you get a real person on the phone that tries their best to answer your questions without a bit of pressure to buy, and that's something important to me. When our chemicals run out, we will continue to buy our supplies from the Spa Depot, they have everything. Two thumbs up for company and Belize! 1/27/2011 Spa is Wonderful
This Spa is perfect!!! and just what we expected having previously spent some time in one at a hotel stay. I really wanted to say Excellent, but will have to settle for good as there is more to an excellent rating than product alone. Be warned the lack of documentation regarding set up ( You will probably get a FLO error message due to air in the system what steps need to be taken to bleed it out, what you can do to ensure on the next fill that does not happen, how much total water to put in on initial set up, what needs to be taken off to locate the power cord, how to route the power cord and get the panel back on correctly, how to program filtration times, how to program heating, what does it mean when the heating light is blinking non stop and will not go off, and on and on) does not exist. After waiting until the next day to speak with customer service directly, did I find out they did not know what the paper work was that came with my spa and they emailed me a PDF that was supposed to come with the spa and would have explained 90% of what I needed to know.
The docs I received in the tub spoke of programming using vague examples with XX and ...yy = ...XX..come to find out all needed programs are pre set. Thanks to live Customer Service. They are Outstanding. The receiving of the spa from shipping was like the product documentation. We had to deal with 3 different people from the shipper. 2 of them over 4 days said they would call us back with a time (Monday or Tuesday), but neither of them followed thru. We did not know what day to take off work. Finally we started calling them back and was able to get in contact with a person in an entirely different town but who was able to get a handle on the situation and about 6:30 pm our spa arrived. All is good and you will love it, but there may be a few headaches along the way. 1/22/2011 Best present ever!
Got this spa as a Christmas present this year and I love it. It keeps the temperture very well and heats up much faster then I thought it would. It drops about a 1-2 degrees per hour in 20-below tempertures. It's unbelievable that it heats up like any other hot tub. Very portable and very easy setup. 1/18/2011 Can't believe it!
I expected to get a good spa for this amount of money, but I had no idea until after it arrived what a great deal we got. Its a beauty and I would say equal or better quality than the well known brand that we priced was about $3K more here locally. Don't hesitate for a minute to deal with this company, well worth every penny and then some. (Oh I should mention it got down to 19 degrees last night and the spa held its temperature perfect!) 12/12/2010 Very happy with my purchase
My sentiments reflect many of those reviewing before me. I also was hesitant to purchase sight unseen. This also is my second hot tub, the fist lasted me 25 years. I have always kept my hot tub indoors, out of the sun's UV rays, which probably helped it age so well. Keeping a hot tub indoors has never been a problem in either of the 2 homes I have had the tub in. Since it is indoors, and I already had a dedicated 110 volt line, I went with the standard 110 volt. Being it is indoors I have no complaints with the 110 volt, but would insist on 220 Volt out doors in Nebraska.
Customer Service with Spadepot was excellent. I am on the phone all day in my work, and it is rare to find a company so easy to find a live body to speak with so easily. Quality of the product is equal or better than than anything in a local spa dealer showroom. Shipping took longer than expected, but it was not on my nickle, so I really cannot complain. It was delivered to my garage, and two of us, with a moving dolly had no problem getting it into place. It really is plug and play.
The first thing I noticed, was the previous tub would heat to 106 degrees, I missed it at first, but at at 104 degrees, I can enjoy the tub for a longer period of time. The cover fits so much better I lose very little water to evaporation.
I found the local hot tub dealers all wanted to sell gargantuan tubs to hold lots of people, and had no interest in selling small units. Those who would could not touch the price from Spadepot In all the years I have had a tub, it has only been used by my wife and I. At the end of the day it is a nice place for some quiet relaxation and conversation together. 12/7/2010 Works great
We bought the 110V unit. We keep it around 101F. With the cover closed, it has no problem maintaining temperature even when it is 20F outside. While bathing it drops about 1F every 10 mins or so, faster if it is windy. Wind has a greater effect than outside temperature, so make sure it is installed in a sheltered area. It heats up a lot slower, probably around 1F every hour.
Our family is 2 adults and one child, and this tub is more than large enough for all 3 of us. I think it can fit 3 adults easily.
Installation was simple, despite the instructions being very sketchy. The manual didn't say you have to cut holes on the panel to get the wires out. It doesn't also tell you how to turns things on. As soon as you plug it in, the pump starts running. There is a warning not to run the pump without water so it is better to fill with water before even plugging it in.

 10/27/2010 exceeded my expectations
Have owned this tub for more than 1 year and I have waited to review it until I had a reasonable track record. It has exceeded my expectations. We live in Las Vegas, so I didn't get the 220 volt heater. Although it can get down to 30 degrees once or twice a year for a few hours - the tub retains 104 temperature very well, regardless of the cold. The jets work well - again, better than expected (since I purchased the spa sight unseen). I did find that the touch controls are not very sensitive to touch, however! You do have to push pretty insistently on the icons to get them to operate (especially the light). 9/29/2010 Excellent purchase sight unseen
The Belize II Oval tub is the second spa that I have owned. Like others, I was hesitant to buy a product sight unseen, but after talking with their customer service people, I have found Spa Depot to be one of the best and most straightforward dealers I have ever worked with. I use my spa everyday, sometimes twice daily. I have it on my deck at my lake cabin, situated so that I can see the sun and moon rise over the lake, and I find it perfect for one person, since I am single. However so many respondants say two people fit comfortably, I would have to believe(belize?) them. I find the quality great, maintenance minimal, and the customer service superb! I bought this unit over three years ago and have never had a moments' trouble with it. I have the 220v system, which I highly recommend because it allows the heater to heat up faster (not hotter, just faster) and then use less energy to keep the unit at temp. The quality, as others have mentioned, is very high. I have an older Home Depot Jacuzzi at my home and find the Belize equal to it in every aspect except value...The Belize beats it by a mile!!!! When I needed to replace the control panel for the Jacquzzi, Spa Depot customer service supplied me with help in choosing a new upgraded panel AND detailed guidance in installing it myself. THAT'S customer service!!!!If I sound enthusiastic about this product it is only because I find it to be an excellent product in an industry that I have found often to be populated by mediocre products and get-rich quick hucksters. Spa Depot offers a high quality product at fair prices with an excellent customer service backup. Fo those who are hesistant deal with an online company, I can only say that, given the volume of positive responses I have read here, you can trust them. I did and I'm not sorry!!! I am 6'2" and 250 lbs. This is the 2nd spa I have owned. The 90 inch length makes this spa very enjoyable. The 17 jet statement is misleading because 2 of the jets have multiple openings. But even with 11 jets the spa is great. I have the 210v upgrade and the ozonater, definitely get these. 6/20/2010 Amazing spa - Great customer service!
We love our Belize Oval ll & the super responsive customer service from Spa Depot. We did significant web & in store research and found Belize had the best quality to value ratio. I order all our spa chemicals and supplies from them. We live right on SF Bay exposed to the elements (wind, sun, salt...). Like with any quality product we followed their recommendations for long term care. I have maintained the cover with 303 Protectant and it still looks and feels good as new. Also, just treated the wood after 1 year with linseed oil - wow, the wood is even more beautiful than when it arrived. We chose the 110 v option and found it starts to cool down after about 20 min with the cover off, especially in the wind. However we compensate by partially leaving the cover on during use; this way the heat is maintained long term. Being in the tub is a luxurious experience.

 6/8/2010 Great Small Tub
This is a GREAT small tub for 2 people.
The Tub is what it is, it is comfortable for two and is very economical to fill and operate.
I have had two tubs in the past, and they were bigger and more costly, both in the Orignal cost and operation cost.
They wife and I are in our golden years and do not need all the bells and whistles, just a economical and easy to maintain spa.
So if you do not mind easy and simple, this is the tub for you.
The delivery was very good, the young man was very helpful gettig the tub to the location.

5/14/2010 What they don't tell you....
I agree w/all the other reviews...but here is what no one else tells you. This is my first hot tub...so I would hope that the owner's manual would answer all my questions. Wrong! It is very vague and has no diagrams. I had to contact live customer support (which has been great) two times already to 1) figure out how to get to the pump (I thought there'd be an access door--but you have to unscrew the wood cabinet and almost the whole side panel comes off.) 2) where's the filter?? 3)what filter does the hot tub use? [owner's handbook doesn't even state what filter the spa uses!] Also, you must buy some stuff besides the *free* chemicals to maintain the spa. You need wood stain for the cedar cabinet, you need a spare filter, you need a soak cleaner for the dirty filter and you need protectant for the spa cover. The other important thing that you should know. If you choose the 110-120v "Plug & play" model. You cannot just plug it into any socket. You must have an electrician wire an outlet on a dedicated circuit. That was another $350.00 for me. All in all, I'm happy w/ the Belize II but this past week could have been alot easier for me if the spa depot & owner's manual contained more information. We are really enjoying our spa. There were only two issues, both now resolved. The first concern was that the safety straps were seperately packaged and not mentioned in our set-up instruction book. We had the spa filled before we found them...at the very bottum of the box. We just changed the water and applied them. As mentioned in another review, we (both professional people)found the maintenance instructions challenging until we'd reread them a few times and then actually performed the maintenance. 5/3/2010 This thing is great!
I have had the Trinity just about a year, I use it every single day. It has been great! It heats up quickly and easily, I would recommend the 220 V model. The chemical kit that Spadepot sent with it has also been first rate. I was a bit concerned at first since the price was half of what local dealers wanted for a similar spa. But those fears have been alleviated. Even the moving company that brought it was great. I gave the guy an extra 20 bucks and he put it exactly where I wanted it. This is the first hot tub I ever owned, because I never thought it would be this easy. I would recommend Belize spas and Spadepot. It's perfect for me and a few friends when they are over. Very low maintenance and hardly noticeable on my electric bill.
The jets are strong (more than I thought they would be for a tub like this) and work well. This was a tough winter here in the midwest and I was out in it even in the snow. It kept the desired temp and felt incredible to tired bones after a long day at work.

 6/8/2009 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
The size is perfect for two people - it's like a deep, cozy bathtub - very comfortable, with powerful pump and well-placed jets. Due to our cold Colorado winters we ordered the 220v and did add some bubble insulation inside the cabinet and across the bottom before it was set in place. Our plumber who installed it was impressed and said the pump was as strong as the one we used to have in a much larger hot tub - it is quite powerful, with two speeds. It made it through the winter without a hitch - we use it (often twice)daily, weather conditions permitting - and like it better than the larger spa we used to have. It is easy to clean & the filters are way cheaper (and easily accessed) than the ones we used to have to use on our other tub(would definitely recommend getting the ozonator!); our utility costs are significantly less monthly than with our previous, larger, hot tub - we also like the fact that it uses less water. Arrival was less than the quoted two weeks, and the delivery people were friendly, helpful, and placed it inside our garage so that it wouldn't be left out in the driveway until we could get our installer scheduled. The first ozonator did not work properly and I was completely impressed with the quality of customer service at both this company and the company who manufactured the ozonator - the product was replaced within two days, no questions asked. Excellent company, all the way 'round!! Note: We found it best to program it for the maximum number of cleaning cycles for best results. Save yourself $$$$ and buy direct!!...Curtis Reviewer: Male Age Group: 45-54Location: MarylandHas owned this product for: 1 week or lessUses product: DailyRecommends this product? 5/24/2009 Good tub, some regrets
Pros: Size is perfect for a couple, relatively small amount of water is economical to heat, maintain or refill. Jet placement good; one side best for lower back, the other side is best for shoulders and upper back. Construction and materials are first rate.
Cons: 110volt version is not up to the job in colder (Idaho) climates.
Summary: We like the tub but would suggest the 220volt option. Reviewer: Male Age Group: 55 or OlderLocation: Moscow, IdahoHas owned this product for: Over 1 yearUses product: Every few daysRecommends this product? Yes Belize Trinity Hot Tub Spa
 5/10/2009 Best Investment
This is the second hot tub I have bught, the first one I bought from a local dealer and the problems started right away. I was hesitant to purchase a spa online without seeing it in person first but was persuaded by the low price, quality of the tub and most inportantly I was persuaded by the great reviews for not just this tub but for spa depot in particular. I was so happy when the tub was delivered, I was surprised by how beautiful it was. I esp love the cabinet siding. I have to say that the tub was one of the best purchased I have made. It runs fantastic and the depth of the tub is much deeper than expected. I would reccomend this company and this tub for any one who is looking for a spa for 2-3 people at a very affordable price. The product itself is fabulous! I have Fibromyalgia and this is absolutely perfect for those really bad days. It's portable, sturdy, and the setup couldn't be any easier. The only issue I had was the instructions for the chemicals were very difficult to understand for a first time user. :( Reviewer: Female Age Group: 25-34Location: Tomah, WIHas owned this product for: 1 week or lessUses product: Every few daysRecommends this product? 3/6/2009 Love the Oval Belize Hot Tub!
We wanted a two-person tub, but were hesitant to place our order because we couldn't see the tub prior to purchase. We've owned two other high-end expensive hot tubs, but we wanted to save some money this time. After a few phone calls/e-mails to Spa Depot (awesome customer service), we had all our questions answered. We placed our order on a Monday and our tub arrived FOUR days later! The delivery guys were fantastic (they even arrived early) and helped us unwrap the tub and put it in our garage. We needed to finish running the wiring, etc.
This is a great hot tub and is perfect for two adults. We use the tub on a daily basis. It is in our backyard nestled against the house where we have a nice view of our garden.
If we were to change anything, we'd upgrade to the 220. If the outside temp is cold (below 40 degrees) the tub cools off a couple degrees when the jets are running. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely purchase another hot tub from Spa Depot.

 2/18/2009 Shockingly good
We've purchased Hot Springs spas at each of prior three homes - they are the Mercedes Benz of all spas. When we downsized to a condo we couldn't possibly fit a full sized spa. We've had the Oval II now for 3 months and it performs every bit as well as any spa we've ever owned. Thank you for filling that market segement! 12/30/2008 JUST PERFECT -- DELIGHTED WITH SPA AND SITE
Easy to set up, great style, great size, perfect for us two, jets are optimal, comfortable, well designed, beautiful woodwork and product finish, got the 220 hookup, and ozonator, yes, its well worth it. we also got the interlocking pad,GREAT design. SO GLAD we found the site, and had the courage to order what for us was a significant purchase, on line! we'd visited two stores with tubs, nothing we found is even close to what spadepot promises and delivers, REASONABLY. GREAT service, warranties. AnumberONE in our book. 12/10/2008 Could not be better!!!
The Oval II is great. It has all the features of larger spas yet is perfect for one or two people. The jets are as good or perhaps better than advertised and the optional LED Lighting and Ozonator are great investments. So far I could not like the spa better. Very easy to hook-up and the 220 option is a wise investment as well. I would recommend this spa to anyone who desires a small spa. You can't hope for better nor beat the price anywhere!!! 11/9/2008 Great Tub...on the small side - 2-3 person
This has been a great tub and spa depot was really easy to work with. We live in the mountains of Utah and it is great after a long day of skiing. The tub is definitely a 2-3 person however and not a 3-4. You have to put water in to the top of the jets but when you get 4 people in the tub the displacement causes the water to overflow the tub. Also with 4 people (and not big people - 4 from 100-160 lbs) it is pretty cramped. 90% of the time it is just my wife and I so we love it. Just be aware.
Overall it is great product. Affordable, easy to move, light on the electric bill, and very relaxing. Reviewer: MaleLocation: Park City, UTHas owned this product for: Over 1 yearUses product: Every few daysRecommends this product? Yes Super Tub 200 Portable Soft Spa
 11/3/2008 SoftTub 200
I should have bought one of these a long time ago. It's absolutely wonderful. I live in Central NJ and it's quite chilly right now (It's November). Two steps out of my back door on my desk is paradise ALL YEAR ROUND. I do not feel the cold when I use my SoftTub 200.
I'll be moving South West in a couple of years and my SoftTub will be coming right along with me.
Wonderful Product - ALL ONE PIECE ! Light enough for me to handle. I'm 5ft 135lbs. Just fill, set temp. and push the button. The next day - It's ready. 7/11/2008 Great Value for 2!
we ordered this spa to place on a deck, due to it's small volume and weight. We find it to be comfortable for 2, although a bit smaller than we had expected. The tub is beautiful and sturdy, the cabinetry much better than expected. Some side jets might be nice, but at this price we're very pleased. 7/5/2008 Enjoy it every day
I saw that you can add reviews now so thought I would share. We use our super tub nearly every day. Completely reliable and the electric bill is hardly noticable. One of the best investments for health we have ever made. We are retired and on a fixed budget so we were glad to save so much money compared to other brands. Just wanted you to know we are still very happy with the purchase. 3/1/2008 Good quality but not too roomy
Pros: this is obviously a well-made product, unlike some of the Chinese junk we have seen at the discount outlets. The jets, although there are not too many of them, do provide nice water circulation. Seems like it will be easy to maintain and the spa cover is a heavy duty type with good insulation which will help to keep the heating cost low. The price compared to the Softub we looked at locally was about $1000 less, which is really a steal when you consider it comes with a generous kit with all of the chemicals and test strips one needs for maintaining.
Cons: it only comes in one color. The capacity is listed as "up to 4 persons" but four large adults would be cramped. It is fine for my wife and I but if you have a need for more users I would definately recommend the larger Super Tub 300. 12/14/2007 My Belize Oval II is awesome!
The Spa (Belize Oval 2) is awesome! It was shipped\delivered (free, I might add) all in one piece - in 100% perfect shape. Got it wired easily by my electrician; up and running in 3 hours - temp went from 64 (from the hose)
to 102 in less than an hour and a half (220v really makes it heat quick). Had the thermostat turned down to 80 for past 3 days and the temp is still as high as 94 - amazingly well insulated, saving me tons of money!
I am elated at this purchase - the price is a screaming deal with its real wood exterior and the thick acrylic interior. I sound like a salesman for the product, but I am also really impressed by your company (order status sent, instructions sent about delivery, the elaborate 'care' box of all the necessary spa supplies, the free 'devil duck', etc...), which all adds up to a very positive consumer experience. I definitely will by buying my
supplies through you (and let anyone who inquires about my spa to checkout
