Spa Depot’s website was easy to navigate and finding the right part was much easier than expected. Shipping was fast and the part was exactly what I needed. Also, I’m all for hiring folks for repairs, but after being quoted $900 to install the heater, not counting the part, I watched a couple YouTube videos and decided to do it myself. It was literally a 30 minute job. Spa Depot will be my go to place for any other parts I need.

The shell on my 30 year old hot tub was in perfect shape, but it needed some TLC. Staff was able to identify the parts I needed and guide me through the install. It works better than new. So much easier and cheaper than buying a new tub. The BP100 was slick to install and clearly marked.
