Built Strong for Life
LifeCast spas are created by the process of rotational molding. During rotomolding, a heated hollow mold is filled with a powdered super-strong polyethylene polymer. The mold is then biaxially rotated while heating it externally. The high impact polymer softens, uniformly coating the inside of the mold. After cooling the two part mold is opened exposing a unicast spa of amazing strength. In fact, the LifeCast cabinet is so strong it will easily withstand blows from a baseball bat without damage.

Unlike other rotationally molded spas on the market, every LifeCast spa is equipped with a true all season stainless steel heater, which is both efficient and robust. Other manufacturers merely use friction or heat exchange from the pumps to warm the water, yet claim to have efficient technology. Such claims are misleading because more energy is consumed by requiring continuously running pumps, just to heat the water. This also leads to pump failures, inability to maintain temperature in cold weather, and unnecessary noise, with the spa’s pumps running all night and day. You'll have none of these problems with LifeCast.
In addition to the reduced electricity usage from efficient pumps, heaters and superior insulation, green methodology is also employed to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing. LifeCast spas contain no fiberglass resins which emit styrene gas into the atmosphere. At end-of-life, the spa cabinets are 100% recyclable. |
