Easy to order, and reasonable price
I recently purchased a Balboa spa control unit. It was a combo deal with the heater and top side control panel. It came quickly and is exactly what I needed. The customer service and email response (before and after my purchase) was absolutely fantastic. They were patient and understanding with all my questions while providing clear and precise answers. Their response time was great. Based on this experience I will be back to Spa Depot for any future hot tub needs.

I am so pleased with this new cover! The fit is so perfect that the water is staying cleaner and I'm using less chemicals than ever before. It's really lightweight and the latches work nicely. The fabric is way nicer than the vinyl I've had before. So thanks for a great product!

This cover is so much lighter than our previous waterlogged lid. It works really well with the lid lifter. So far, insulation seems great. The test will come this winter and see how it handles the cold. I wish we’d ordered 1/2-1” wider than our round hot tub because it so ludes a bit with the lid lifter.
Also, delivery took a long time. We followed the tracking, was one day from delivery and something happened to our order. Maybe it was damaged in shipping or list. Suddenly no contact then a new delivery date another 5 weeks out! That was frustrating but we finally got the cover and so far, are happy either way it.
Good quality, exactly as described, perfect fit, quick delivery, very satisfied with entire transaction.
Quality stuff. This is the second Balboa I have ordered and installed.
