Does a good job of keeping a constant temp in the spa
This is my second time ordering from SpaDepot for this filter. These are the upgrade model which I prefer the extra protection at a reasonable price. A perfect fit for my aging spa.The last pair cleaned up good for the expected lifespan. Most importantly, they performed well, limiting excess chemicals, motor and jet wear.
SpaDepot ships promptly and is priced competitively. I don't think I was able to find this filter elsewhere.
Very simple and easy to install. The included power made the wiring less complicated.

Perfect Fit
My old element was tripping to GFI and I was concerned when I saw it was seal to the tank with a paper gasket but the new one had an o-ring and sort of a paper/laminate around the OD to prevent over tightening of the o-ring and it fit nicely to hold the o-ring in place during installation. Looked like a quality unit and has worked fine for a couple weeks now.
