EasyPak 1400 Lite Leader Flex-Fit is Ultra-compact and designed for easy installation, featuring Genuine Balboa® Circuitry. The Flex-Fit heater mount allows your heater to be mounted in several positions. You choose the right options for your spa, and the controller comes configured to your preferences. Voltage selections are easily convertible at any time (240V/120V). 240V systems utilize 4-wire electrical service.

Great so far, easy install

This was the ticket, replaced an older Gecko unit. Had to enlarge the temp probe hole [ to accommodate dry well style], and slightly enlarge upper control hole. Easy with oscillating saw.Slightly larger heater.
Whole unit for about the price of the replacement circuit board!

What's Up

It's been a couple months since the original controller was replaced. At first it would only heat up to 100 degrees. I called for service and now it does go to 104 but my PGE bill has tripled from the original controller. what's UP?

Balboa easy pak

installed 2 days ago,so far working great,only thing I found could be more helpful is a longer cord on the spa topside control,had to buy xtra cable and a connector so it would reach the circuit board.

Not working after 13 months

After 13 months of ownership, it has stopped working. If you look at the warranty it says it has a one year warranty from its manufacturing date. Not the normal from date of purchase. So possibly one could purchase this unit with zero warranty.
