I purchased a hot tub on marketplace that was an older dynasty and upon wiring it up wouldn't work, the controller would only slightly light up so after searching for a replacement I ordered this one and my $400 marketplace tub works like a dream

Works great. The functions are slightly different from the original equipment, but it works. I circulation pump does not constantly run, so this might same on electricity.

I keep Bromine tablets in the seawater filter basket for the A/C system on my boat. Without it barnacles would clog the hoses and heat exchanger. I've been a regular user since I installed central heat and A/C on my sailboat 12 years ago. It works great and is less corrosive than Chlorine. I haven't found a better source than SpaDepot.
