This was a perfect replacement for an older failed spa pack. The pack cam pre-configured and well marked. I labeled the wires as I disconnected them, removed the old spa pack, and installed the new pack. The labeled wires made it easy for me to reconnect, but it was not necessary, since the connectors for each item are unique and the board is well marked. I went slowly; it took me 30 minutes in total.
The keypad replacement was easy and works great.

Very easy to swap out the wiring between the two boards. Took a bit to find the correct low level program setting being unfimiliar with that portion of the board replacement. In the end, it powered up without a hitch and works flawlessly.
Hot tub is 27 yrs old, heater failed, find replacement through the Spa Depot, catalog was easy to identify the appropriate replacement element,, unit arrived on -time, installation was easy, detailed instructions helped with the install, unit working well,

I have purchased filters from Spa Depot for several years. Over this time, the filter media have improved in quality. The current design seems to present a good flow area for filtration.
Perfect fit. Could have gotten away with reusing front plate from Silent Flow 5000. Also used the back plate from silent flow and soldered the ground wire inside to maintain the bonding and grounding post on the back. Saved $100
