Although its too soon to confirm long term reliability I can say the following.
Installation instructions were clear and correct
Installation was relatively easy and for the most part it fit right into my existing spa frame. No changes needed to the board config / settings (jumpers, dip switches) as it was correctly setup before it was shipped.
The heater tube was about 1" higher than the previous control pak (easypak 1204) so I had to raise the pump 1" from the frame floor platform but this wasn't terribly difficult.
The initial boot up and priming sequence was accompanied by updates on the topside display which was nice compared to the old easypak 1204 which was a bit cryptic in terms of understanding what it was doing.
The overall quality looks solid so I hope and expect it to last a long time.

Was concerned about messing up on the measurement, but the website does a good job walking you through how to do it. The cover fit perfectly, and the quality is solid. No complaints.

Easy to order, and reasonable price
I recently purchased a Balboa spa control unit. It was a combo deal with the heater and top side control panel. It came quickly and is exactly what I needed. The customer service and email response (before and after my purchase) was absolutely fantastic. They were patient and understanding with all my questions while providing clear and precise answers. I am so pleased with this new cover! The fit is so perfect that the water is staying cleaner and I'm using less chemicals than ever before. It's really lightweight and the latches work nicely. The fabric is way nicer than the vinyl I've had before. So thanks for a great product!
