Like always whatever I order from there comes out fast and is right

Filters appear to be faulty

We installed the filter in our soft tub and when my husband checked it later, the bottom black filter had almost dissolved. He has to remove the filter and clean everything out. We ordered three, but I am hesitant to use a second one. We cleaned out the old one and reused it. Would not recommend.
