Clarathon filter--shipment

Filter's fine. In your packaging you could put some paper wadding to prevent it from rattling about the bigger box and possibly damaging it in shipment.

Ordered wrong filter

Tried to send it back. Fedex never came. Took it to FedEx. When you get it, I will exchange it for 2780, open ended model.
