Nature2 Spa Mineral Sanitizer

I received my Nature2 Spa Mineral Sanitizer and the box was damaged. This is the second one I have ordered and the other one came the same way. This time a couple of black particles had come out of the product. Envelope was intact, contents seem to have very rough life getting to my house. I would not buy this damaged packaged one in a store.

Product appeared to be opened. I contacted SpaDepot and they guarantee they were not counterfeit mineral sticks and shipping movement caused the inside to get dislodged. Still concerned. Contact Zodiac and they said they should be neatly contained in the package. Attached is photo of how they looked when I opened them.

Great price and quick delivery. Package was poorly wrapped and product cartons were crumpled up. Products undamaged.Would have 5 stars except for shipping issue.

Works as advertised

Awesome product, tried chlorine and bromine in the spa but once lid was removed heavy scent of chemicals evident and took away from enjoyment of the spa. Since switching to Nature2 Mineral Sanitizer we have no more offensive , overwhelming chemical smell and can really enjoy the spa from the moment the lid is removed.

This sanitizing system has worked Extremely well for us. The water is crystal clear and no skin issues!!!

I've been using this product since 2005. That should be proof enough!

Love this product. Been on it for two years. Minimal use of shock and zero pH drift like I had with Bromine. For my water it took a fair amount of Hardness booster so make sure you have it on hand for water changes. Also, Spa Depot is incredible to work with. Always in stock, same day shipping, great customer service and next day delivery. They are like the Uline of Spa supplies.

I have been using this product for years. As a longtime spa owner, I have tried many sanitation methods and I have found this product to be the best!

If used as recommended, I have found this to be a great aid to keep spa water clean and clear with minimal chemicals used. It is imperative that you follow the recommended dosing schedule and change both the stick and water after 4 months. Pushing it past this gave horrible results. I use the DiChlor substitution method listed in the instructions and only dose with MPS upon startup and then once a week. I highy recommend this product if you follow the directions carefully.

I was having trouble using Chlorine in my Spa. The water would turn brown after putting it in. It could be the type of water I have. I received a recommendation to try this product. It lasts 4 months and I only put a 1/2 TBL. of shock in my spa once a week - No more brown water and it works to keep my spa nice and clean.

I have been using this stick for years and it does a great job of keeping my spa clean and chemicals less maintenance. The one time I did not use it I had all kinds of black flakes in my pipes when I drained it, never again.

My wife and I really like the results of using Nature2 Sanitizer. We just starting using it. So we don't have a lot of experience yet.

2nd time ordering and both times came in paper bag packaging and box inside completely crushed. Item appears undamaged and worked but kinda wonder if got lucky.

Our water chem tends to stay balanced longer when I use these and I use less shock and bromine so the water is less drying to our skin.

I tried other name brands, and these work the best.

First of all, we’ve been using this mineral sanitizer for years and years. We’ve used it for both of our hot tubs. Works great. Second of all. The customer service at SpaDepot is fabulous. When my package got delivered last week it was ripped open and the envelope was empty. I texted customer service and they immediately got back to me and said they would send me a replacement. I drained my spa and installed the Nature2 Spa Mineral Sanitizer system three months ago and have had ZERO issues! I maintain my water to the recommended levels and give a quick shot of OXY-SPA when I am finished, and the spa has been crystal clear the entire time. I have been very pleased with this product!

Works great with chlorine free shock for oderless clean water if you keep the ph balanced

This is the second one i have purchased in 5 mos. Seems to work very good. Except every now and them i have to give my Spa Cover a Spritz with a little bleach to keep any bacteria from taking hold. I am still happy cause i dont have to use any Chlorine or Dichlor
