Great product and arrived on time

On my initial order the package was damaged by fedex. It was my first time ordering from Spa depot. I was worried it wouldn't be covered or take forever. But to my surprise, 1 phone call to customer service and spa depot shipped out a replacement order immediately, with no questions asked. They had all the information they needed and I got my package with a few days! The filter soak cleaner was a great price and I would highly recommend this company!

This was a reorder as we were pleasantly surprised by how well this works without all the harsh chemicals and smells.

This product did a good job of cleaning my filter and it is gentle.

Was looking for a better cleaning option to standard shock. Using this product in hot water cleans filter in an hour. Leaves water clear, I recommend it. Also cost effective.

My hot tub filters have never been cleaner except when new. Breaks down all oils and lotions that accumulate on the filters.

Quick and easy. Let soak for a few hours and then rinse.

Soak clean spa filters at least once a month

Mix in water ... soak filters over nite... rinse off and your ready to go !

I like the way the filters smell clean and ready for use again, I do have extra filters skas I can make sure that one drying are free from anything that might not get cleaned in the process, heaven forbid, but all in all it works really good!!

gotta keep the filter clean

So glad I bought this cleaner along with a new filter. I removed filter dropped it in large bucket of water with 1 cup of cleaning solution and within seconds, it was pulling the 'grime' out of the filter ! Great product.
