My spa pack died during mid-December in Colorado, which is a recipe for frozen internals and disaster. SpaDepot got my replacement spa pack delivered to me in just two days, already pre-programed for my exact needs. I had it installed in about two hours and everything worked perfectly. Now my tub is back in action, and I couldn't be happier.

Hot tub started emptying itself. It was a 9 year old fitting like this on the pump housing that disintegrated over time and blew out. This new one replaced it perfectly.

SpaDepot had the best price, and shipped within 24 hours, many thanks! The pump is branded "Goulds" (not "Laing"). The description says "direct replacement for SilentFlow 5000 (OEM 74427)". That may be true, though it was not a 100% drop in replacement for the circulation pump in my 2008 Hot Springs Spas Envoy. The Goulds pump was smaller than my existing pump, so some modification to 3/4 inch vinyl tubing was required. And the pump comes with bare wire ends, so the addition of crimp-on terminals to attach to the PCB was also required. (SpaDepot also sells vinyl tubing and a terminal kit.) I was able to make these modifications and replace the pump without draining the tub by using rubber stoppers to quickly plug disconnected hose connections. The new pump (and a new heater) corrected my no-heat condition, so I am happy.
