The thread is consistent and fits but the diameter and surface area has varied over the 4 or 5 I have purchased. The filter on the left is my most recent purchase and filter on the right was purchased a year ago. It is the same model number.

Hard to these filters (our spa is 12 years old) but Spa Depot had them at the best price. Item is brand new and came earlier than expected. They slso carry Many if the spa products I use! Need spa supplies, you should check them out!
