Product notes: Always use two wrenches when making electrical connection to heater element terminals, to avoid damage to epoxy post seal. Tighten top nut to 20 inch pounds, while holding bottom terminal nut. (Refer to illustration). On circuit board, tighten nuts to 30-35 inch pounds. Improper installation will result in premature failure and void warranty. OEM #30039.

Easy ordering the right heater which did come with the 2"" O rings so I have an extra set, and the bonding straps. The nice lady in C/S was very knowledgable and answered my ?'s.
