should receive a confirmation after placing your order. If we ship your order via
FedEx, you should also receive a second email from
FedEx, within 1 business day of
shipment, with order tracking information.

We sometimes ship by other
methods that cannot be tracked online. Why? We often use Priority
Mail or Parcel Post for small, lightweight items because they ship quicker, and at lower
cost in some cases. This helps to keep our prices low and often speeds
delivery. Some items, such as repair parts, are shipped factory-direct.
Large items such as spas and spa covers are shipped via motor freight, as they are too
bulky for domestic carriers.
Please don't be concerned if your entire order
is
not delivered together.
Your merchandise may arrive in multiple
cartons, and sometimes on different days. It all
depends on a number of factors, so please read
below before contacting us.
Most common "where's my stuff?" examples:
You will normally receive the
chemical kit before your spa arrives from the
factory.
You will receive supplies prior
to a custom-made spa cover, which takes time to
fabricate.
Spa parts may be shipped from a
different warehouse than supplies, and arrive
separately.
Large, bulky items are often
shipped factory-direct, separately from other items.
Portions of orders may be shipped
by different carriers: FedEx, UPS, postal, or
freight.
