Everything I expected
The cover looks great. I had to reject the first delivery because it was damaged, but after talking to customer service, they shipped the another cover without any hassles and it arrived within the time they said it would.

DURATHERM SPA COVER
My first time dealing with SpaDepot, recommended by my neighbor as he has been using them for some time with great results. Absolutely painless purchase from order to delivery. The cover arrived less than a week after completing the easy to use template kit provided by SpaDepot. Fit and finish better than expected. Looks like the the original cover that came with the spa. I will be using SpaDepot for my future spa needs.

New Octagon Cover
Our cover seems much more durable than the last one we purchased from our local pool dealer 5 years ago. I believe the design and thickness will prevent the problem we had before - which was water welling on the top. It is too early to determine how well it holds up to the UV rays. I like the feature of the extra lining to keep the water warmer when the cover is over it. Overall, we are very pleased with the construction and fit. Our box was dented and torn when it arrived, and was just left on our front porch while we were gone, so we had to call UPS back to stand there while we opened the box to make sure the cover wasn't damaged. Thankfully, all was well and the driver was kind enough to remove the packaging. He was even nice enough to help my husband carry the cover to the back of our house. When he saw our old cover, he exclaimed, "BOY did you ever need a new cover!" Hopefully with the quality of this cover it will last longer than our previous one.

great product
very well constructed recived it was well packaged i orderd it with the exta thurmal blanket and mositure barrier and it seams to be working well in two weeks have only had to add a small amount of water so far and the tub has not run that much and seeings its been fairly cool thats a pluse but the true test will be this winter with the cold northeast winters but so far very very happy with thew product

Very surprised st the quality from an internet order. Was skeptical at first, but pleasantly surprised at the value! The free shipping was a large decision factor in buying this cover. Happy Spa Owner in the PNW
We received our new spa cover on an expedited order exactly on time and we were delighted with the color and the quality of the construction. We ordered all the extra moisture barrier protection that we could including the final outer treatment for the covering to deal with the deluge of rain here in the PNW. I will reserve final rating until I see how it holds up to PNW winters. I would like to know what the topical treatment is and if I should apply it annually and how to get the product. Thanks for what seems for now as a great spa cover!

Great 'tub cover!!
Spa cover is absolutely perfect-- the color is beautiful, and the pricing was even better! We are very impressed with the quality of the cover, the only reason we didn't rate it as "excellent" is because we have only had it for ~1 month. Hopefully we will continue to be pleased with it through the MI winters and for years to come!!
