Great Service for replacement spa cover
After Hurricane Sandy we lost our spa cover and with the excellent Customer Service Department they were able to pull up our invoice from five years ago to re-order the same cover with the dimensions used on that order. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. The cover arrived within a week with no delivery charge, the quality was excellent and it fit perfectly.

Perfect in every way!
We couldn't be happier with this cover. It fits perfectly, quality materials and workmanship, and it is lightweight enough that I can remove it by myself, yet provides excellent insulation.

excellent spa cover
Excellent cover and inexpensive. Our hot tub heats up much faster with this cover than our previois one. The cover is light weight, easy to handle, and strong. My 96# dog has actually jumped up on it several times and its still good as new. I would definetly recommend this cover!!!

Love my new Hot Tub cover
I Love my new Hot Tub cover. Great price, it looks great, fits great and was delivered much quicker than estimated. I am amazed at the insulative properties. As an example, we got out of the tub with water temp at 100f and turned it down to 78. Two days later when I opened it to use it it was still 92, unbelievable. Ambient air temp was down in the 50's over those 2 nights.

DURA SPA COVER
the cover is great the only thing is i didnt the cover locks end the screw to the hot tub it self the ends were on the straps i recived the screws but not the other ends 4 were missing i just havent had time to call about it had a family emergency if possible u can send the to the same address buy the way we love the new cover fits like a glove and was VERY EASY TO USE very happy with service thank you ALAN GEURTS

2nd Cover from Spa Depot
This is my second cover from Spa Depot. Looks great and fits perfectly. They last as long if not longer than the original Hot Spring cover. Speedy order. And yes I would recommend.

used spa depot in 2007 for same order. cover would have lasted longer if the landscaper guys didn't always stand on it while blowing leaves or snow removal. very fast, good price..no issues with my delivery. I definitely recommend!

OUR NEW SPA COVER IS WONDERFUL!

Very nice
Working with your on line guide, I was able to get a perfect fitting cover. My old cover internal had ruptured and weighed a ton. Also I was pleasantly supprised at how fast I got it.

Very Happy
Very nice cover; workmanship is very good. Only problem was with delivery of first cover; transport had left it a mess. We refused it and notified SpaDepot who quickly sent us a replacement in excellent condition. Very much appreciate that.

Spa cover replacement for thermospa
Spa Depot customer service always delivers and did again on this spa cover. The ordering of the cover, the communication up to deliver and then the deliver was all as was promised. The cover itself is exactly what I expected. The only negative if there is one is the width was 2 inches too wide but it is not a problem. Overall, I would highly recommend Spa Depot!
