What is a "Factory Second Blem"?
Spa manufacturers make thousands of spas monthly, and inevitably a few of them come off of the line with slight blemishes, imperfections, minor cabinet scratches, dings or slight deformations, or other cosmetic shell flaws such as color variation. Although these blemishes do not affect spa performance or the warranty, they can't be sold as perfect. The Spa Depot is able to offer these occasional factory seconds to our customers at huge savings. Sorry, we cannot provide photos or exact descriptions of the particular blemish. In many cases our customers have reported that the imperfection is hardly even noticeable. As with all spas, these are not returnable, but are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

X-400 spas have a built-in surface skimmer to trap floating contaminants. The skimmer is coupled to a high-capacity top-load, easy access cartridge filtration unit.
