Product notes: Test for calcium hardness with each spa water change (about every 3-4 months). If water hardness is below 150 ppm, add Hardness Increaser. The ideal range is 150-300 ppm. Maintaining proper hardness level prolongs equipment life, improves the feel of the water, and will also help to prevent foaming problems.
