This heater assembly is the efficient flow-through replacement for the Cal Spa XL Heat Exchanger. Features: 2" x 15" stainless steel flo tube housing with split nuts and 2" slip tailpieces, thermowell with cover, pressure tap, heater wires with connectors, and insulated metal housing box.

Our unit also includes connectors for the Thermal Cut Out (TCO) switch, which is used for some spa models. One wire connects to the pressure switch, and the other to the circuit board. This provides extra heater protection.
For models not utilizing a TCO, the wires are not used. Since the TCO wires are not electrically charged, they are simply left unconnected if not needed. |
